Mule Wave Partner Spotlights: Recapping Our Tech Seminar at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology
At Mule Wave, our mission has always centered on bridging legacy systems, modern APIs, and innovative enterprise solutions to drive digital transformation. But real tech transformation isn't just about software—it’s about bringing people, ideas, and expertise together.

Universal API Management and its Positioning
According to a recent study, in every major organization, there are about 500 APIs used, each of which performs a specific purpose and is used in a variety of contexts and architectures. Finding, administering, and securing the organization’s APIs provide difficulties for IT. Since the API sprawl restricts how a team may develop new capabilities and customer experiences, it will impede the business from realizing its vision of agility and composability. Organizations must use universal API management capabilities to maximize the value of the existing technological infrastructure in order to provide agility and composability.

Why Application Integration Is Critical and Why It Must Be Governed Through an API Gateway
Application landscapes are highly distributed, Enterprise today typically operates across hybrid environments that is established by legacy systems, SaaS applications, cloud-native microservices, and event-driven pipelines. Multiparty, on-demand access to reliable, real-time, and secure data movement/flows across these systems has established application integration in standard IT capabilities that are now, foundationally, the means by which businesses can utilize technology as enablers of business.
